Odoo ERP Sales Consultant

Nawah for Technical Solutions and Software W.L.L is looking for an Odoo ERP Sales Consultant to drive new business for our Odoo implementation services and WindoorERP platform across Qatar and the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads; manage the sales pipeline in Odoo CRM
• Run discovery meetings and map client business processes to Odoo modules
• Deliver product demos and prepare proposals and quotations
• Work with the technical team on scope, timelines and pricing
• Maintain client relationships through to project handover

Requirements

• Must be based in Qatar with a valid Work Permit (QID)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP / software sales or consulting
• Good knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills; Arabic and English is a plus

Software Engineer – ERP Systems

Nawah for Technical Solutions and Software W.L.L is hiring a Software Engineer with strong ERP expertise to develop, customize and support Odoo-based solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (Python, XML, OWL/JavaScript, PostgreSQL)
• Implement integrations and data migrations from legacy ERP systems
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot Odoo instances
• Write clean, documented, maintainable code following Nawah standards

Requirements

• Must be based in Qatar with a valid Work Permit (QID)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP software development
• Hands-on Odoo development experience (recent versions preferred)
• Solid knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL and Git
